How to buy
Links open the WhatsApp assistant. Before paying, review products, quantities, availability, total amount, applicable taxes, shipping charges and delivery conditions provided in the chat. Images are illustrative; check the product size and instructions. Request correction of any error before confirming.
Support and delivery
Dominican Republic time: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. You can start an order outside these hours; payment verification and shipping coordination take place during the next business hours. The assistant should explain this before requesting payment and offer to continue or wait. Sending a receipt does not mean payment has been verified or guarantee a delivery date.
Channel limit and destination
The automated channel handles up to RD$3,500 in products, excluding shipping. Larger orders go to a staff member. International shipping is not presumed available: destinations, charges and timeframes must be expressly confirmed with the team.
Products and website use
Follow product label instructions and warnings. Do not use products for medical purposes or substitute portal content for professional care. Stop using a product if a reaction occurs and seek appropriate advice. Respect rights in photographs, branding and content. Do not attempt to access other people’s systems or data.
Rights and complaints
The refund policy explains requests for cancellation, returns and remedies for defective or incorrect products. Using the portal does not waive statutory rights. Dominican law and any mandatory consumer protection that applies remain effective; these terms impose no exclusive court or exclusion of legal liability.
